In selecting staff the Company

Quality
The group have Quality Systems to ISO9000 Standard,
which are well established.
Our Group Quality Advisor ensures that all documentation
and literature is properly and effectively distributed to all staff and that
work is carried out in accordance with Quality Policy. Regular reviews to the Policy ensure that all
documentation is effective and complies with the needs of the business.
Safety
The format of the Group’s Health and Safety Policies are
the result of many years’ involvement in the Railway Industry and are written
in a format suitable to this environment.
Our involvement in the Design & Construction of rail
served Developments throughout the UK has ensured a constant contact with HMRI.
Our Health & Safety Record is exemplary and to date no
notifications of any description have been served. We have found that by openly
involving HMRI in all aspects of our work a relationship is established to the
benefit of all involved thus ensuring a safe environment is established and
maintained. It is of paramount importance to us to ensure that all aspects of
our works are carried out safely.
Environmental
During the existence of the company there is no record of
any environmental prosecution, prohibition or improvement notice.
Proven risk assessment techniques in conjunction with our
Environmental Policy has ensured a tried and tested Environmental Management System
commensurate with ISO14000.
